We are pleased to be hosting local author Loryn Brantz as she sells and signs her award-winning book, "Harvey the Child Mime."
Harvey's adventure begins when he performs his "invisible box" act so perfectly that he is mistaken for a "real" box and accidentally loaded onto a cargo ship to an unknown destination! Eventually, the boat docks on a whimsical, pink mountain where he encounters new friends, teaches life lessons, and even rides a purple elephant across a tight rope. With Harvey guiding the reader through his miming escapades, the book's main message becomes clear: happiness is not something that comes in a box, it is created from your own actions.
